Probably almost all of us were recruited into our Network Marketing companies believing that success would come a lot easier than it has. The concept seems simple…the key to MLM success was to just convince a few people to join, who in turn, would recruit a few people, and the cycle would continue until you eventually had thousands of people in your downline and millions of dollars flowing into your bank account on autopilot.
One of the great attributes of successful entrepreneurs is having a big dream and grind them every day. Staying committing in spite of the adversities around. Think excessive and dream of massive success and goals. Have a bigger vision and a bigger game plan. Decide to be the fast mover and stronger and make up your mindset to recruit more and grow exponentially.
In January 2018, I missed my chance of raising the rent on my new incoming tenants because it didn't come to mind until very late in the interview process. I didn't write about my previous tenant's sudden decision to move out in December 2017 after 1.5 years, because they provided a relatively seamless transition by introducing their longtime friends to replace them. I didn't miss a month of rent and didn't have to do any marketing, so I felt I'd just keep the rent the same.

Haha, that is too funny. I wanted to make an app back in the day called “MyShares” (You can probably tell how I cam up with the name at the time). The idea was that I would loan out books and DVD’s and then would never get them back. Then I thought, how cool would it be if I could rent those items out and that would motivate people to bring them back. Obviously, books and DVD’s are cheap, so this isn’t the money maker. The idea that would probably make the most money would be things like tools, ATVs, etc.
